This Privacy Policy explains how Oddsar (Oddsar, we, us, our) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you access or use oddsar.com, any related Oddsar websites, applications, tools, APIs, betslip conversion features, creator features, share links, redirects, content, and services made available in the United States (together, the Services).

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, Sportsbooks, affiliate networks, payment providers, social media platforms, analytics providers, or other services that are not operated by Oddsar. Those third parties process personal information under their own privacy policies.
If you click a Sportsbook link, open a pre-filled betslip, create a Sportsbook account, place a bet, deposit funds, claim a promotion, or otherwise use a third-party service, the third party's privacy policy and terms apply.
2. Important notice about screenshots
The Services may allow you to upload screenshots or images so that Oddsar can identify possible betslip details. Screenshots may contain personal information, including account balances, account names, usernames, profile photos, location clues, device information, sportsbook account details, stake sizes, betting history, private messages, or other sensitive information.
You should crop or redact anything that is not needed for betslip conversion before uploading a screenshot. Do not upload identity documents, payment cards, bank details, passwords, addresses, private messages, health information, or other highly sensitive information.
By uploading a screenshot, you confirm that you have the right to provide it to us and that doing so does not breach any law, contract, privacy right, confidentiality obligation, Sportsbook term, platform rule, or third-party right.
3. Personal information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services.

4. How we collect personal information
We collect personal information:
- directly from you when you create an account, upload a screenshot, create a betslip, post Creator content, contact us, subscribe to emails, update settings, or otherwise use the Services;
- automatically when you use the Services, including through cookies, logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies;
- from Sportsbooks, affiliate networks, and partners when they provide referral, click, conversion, attribution, fraud-prevention, or commission information;
- from service providers that help us operate the Services;
- from other users or Creators when they share content, reports, complaints, or referrals involving you; and
- from public or commercially available sources where lawful and relevant to the Services.
5. How we use personal information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- to create and manage accounts;
- to convert screenshots or text inputs into draft betslips;
- to create, save, display, share, and open betslips and Creator content;
- to redirect users to Sportsbooks, affiliate networks, or other third-party services;
- to track referrals, attribute clicks, measure conversions, calculate commissions, prevent affiliate fraud, and manage commercial relationships;
- to provide support, respond to requests, and communicate with you;
- to personalize content, settings, recommendations, and user experience;
- to send service messages, security alerts, policy updates, and administrative notices;
- to send marketing communications where permitted by law and your preferences;
- to analyze usage, performance, reliability, and feature effectiveness;
- to train, test, debug, and improve conversion, matching, fraud-prevention, and safety systems, using de-identified or aggregated data where practical;
- to moderate content, enforce our Terms, investigate complaints, and prevent abuse;
- to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, bots, security incidents, unlawful activity, and misuse;
- to comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, tax, accounting, reporting, and record-keeping obligations;
- to protect the rights, property, safety, and legitimate interests of Oddsar, users, Creators, Sportsbooks, partners, regulators, and the public;
- to manage disputes, legal claims, audits, investigations, and business transactions; and
- for other purposes with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.
We do not place bets on your behalf. We do not require your Sportsbook password or payment card information to convert a screenshot or redirect you to a Sportsbook. You should not provide Sportsbook login credentials to Oddsar.
6. Business and legal reasons for processing
Where applicable U.S. privacy laws require us to describe why we process personal information, we process personal information for the business, commercial, security, legal, and consent-based purposes described below.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
7. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

When you click a Sportsbook link or open a Sportsbook redirect, the Sportsbook or affiliate network may receive information such as your IP address, device information, referral ID, click ID, campaign ID, timestamp, selected Sportsbook, and betslip-related information needed to open or pre-fill the betslip. The Sportsbook or affiliate network may combine that information with information it already has about you.
8. Public content
If you publish Creator content, share a betslip, post a comment, create a public profile, or otherwise make content public, that content may be viewed, copied, reshared, indexed by search engines, saved by other users, or used outside the Services.
Do not make content public if you do not want it to be public. Do not include personal information, private information, account balances, addresses, payment information, or other sensitive information in public content.
We may remove public content from the Services, but we may not be able to remove copies, caches, screenshots, embeds, or reshares controlled by others.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
- keep you logged in and secure the Services;
- remember preferences and settings;
- understand how the Services are used;
- detect errors, fraud, bots, and abuse;
- measure performance and improve features;
- track affiliate referrals and conversions;
- measure advertising and marketing campaigns; and
- personalize or deliver content and advertising where permitted.
Some cookies are necessary for the Services to work. Others may be optional, depending on your location and applicable law. Where required, we will ask for consent before using non-essential cookies.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie preference tools. Blocking some cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.
10. Marketing communications
We may send you marketing communications if permitted by law and your preferences. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at privacy@oddsar.com.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send service, security, legal, and administrative messages.
Creators and Sportsbooks may have their own marketing practices. Oddsar is not responsible for marketing communications sent by third parties unless we are legally responsible for them.
11. Processing locations
We operate the Services for users in the United States. We and our service providers may process, store, and disclose personal information in the United States and in other locations where our providers operate.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for service provider processing, such as contractual protections, data processing agreements, security commitments, and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
12. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Typical retention periods are:

When information is no longer needed, we will delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely dispose of it where practical and legally appropriate.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, and disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong passwords, keeping login credentials confidential, securing your devices, and avoiding unnecessary personal information in screenshots or public content.
14. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your U.S. state and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- access personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request a copy of certain information in a portable format;
- opt out of marketing communications;
- opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information where applicable;
- appeal or complain about our response to a privacy request; and
- lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator or supervisory authority.
To exercise privacy rights, contact privacy@oddsar.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, but some Services may require certain information to function.
15. United States state privacy notice
Some U.S. state privacy laws may provide additional rights. Where applicable, this section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.
15.1 Categories of personal information
In the previous 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 3, including identifiers, account information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, commercial information, user content, inferences, and other information you provide or that is generated through the Services.

We collect personal information from the sources described in Section 4.
15.3 Purposes
We use personal information for the purposes described in Section 5.
15.4 Disclosures
We disclose personal information to the categories of recipients described in Section 7.
15.5 Sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly. If we use advertising, analytics, affiliate tracking, pixels, or similar technologies, some disclosure of identifiers, internet activity, or attribution data to advertising, analytics, Sportsbook, or affiliate partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under those laws.
Where required, you may opt out by using our cookie preference tool, enabling a legally recognized opt-out preference signal where supported, or contacting privacy@oddsar.com.
15.6 Sensitive personal information
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, health information, biometric information, or payment card details through screenshot conversion. You should not upload this information. If you provide it, we will handle it as described in this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15.7 Requests
Where applicable, you may request access, deletion, correction, portability, or opt-out of certain processing by contacting privacy@oddsar.com. You may be able to use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
16. Children's and underage users' privacy
The Services are not intended for anyone under 21 or under the legal age for betting-related content in their U.S. state or territory. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If you believe an underage user has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@oddsar.com and we will take appropriate steps.
17. De-identified and aggregated information
We may create de-identified or aggregated information from personal information. We may use and disclose de-identified or aggregated information for analytics, product improvement, research, reporting, commercial, compliance, safety, and other lawful purposes.
We will take reasonable steps designed to prevent de-identified information from being re-identified where required by law.
18. Data used to improve conversion and safety systems
We may use uploaded screenshots, converted betslip data, corrections, usage signals, and feedback to test, debug, monitor, and improve the Services, including conversion, matching, attribution, fraud-prevention, and safety systems.
Where practical, we use de-identified, aggregated, or minimized data for improvement activities. If we seek to use identifiable private screenshots for materially different purposes, we will do so only where permitted by law and, where required, with notice or consent.
19. Third-party links and Sportsbooks
The Services may link or redirect to Sportsbooks, affiliate networks, social platforms, payment providers, or other third-party services. Those third parties may collect personal information directly from you or automatically when you interact with their services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Review the privacy policy of each Sportsbook and third-party service before using it.
20. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Services with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required by law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice or seek consent.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
