These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of oddsar.com, any related Oddsar websites, applications, tools, APIs, betslip conversion features, creator features, share links, redirects, content, and services made available in the United States (together, the Services).

The Services are operated by Oddsar (Oddsar, we, us, our). You can contact us at support@oddsar.com or legal@oddsar.com.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Important gambling notice

Oddsar is not a sportsbook, betting operator, betting exchange, casino, lottery, totalisator, broker, financial advisor, tipster service, fiduciary, or gambling operator. Oddsar does not accept or place wagers, hold customer betting funds, open betting accounts, settle bets, pay winnings, provide betting odds as a sportsbook, or decide whether any bet is accepted.

The Services are technology, content, sharing, and referral tools. Bets are placed only if you separately choose to proceed with a third-party sportsbook or betting operator (Sportsbook). Any bet, deposit, withdrawal, promotion, account, bonus, or wager is between you and the relevant Sportsbook and is subject to that Sportsbook's terms, rules, odds, market availability, eligibility checks, license conditions, and responsible gambling controls.

Gambling involves risk and may result in financial loss. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. No betslip, pick, model, rating, statistic, creator content, link, or other content on the Services guarantees a profit or reduces the risk of loss.

2. Age and eligibility

You may use the Services only if all of the following are true:

you are at least 21 years old, or any higher legal age required for betting-related content in your U.S. state or territory;
you are physically located in a U.S. state or territory where the Services and any sportsbook links you use are lawful and available;
you are legally permitted to access sports betting content, offers, and referral links in your U.S. state or territory;
you are not self-excluded from gambling, registered with a self-exclusion register, or otherwise prohibited from receiving gambling-related marketing or using gambling services;
you are not using the Services for any unlawful purpose; and
your use of the Services does not cause Oddsar, any Creator, or any Sportsbook to breach applicable U.S. federal, state, tribal, or local law, regulation, license condition, advertising code, platform rule, or contractual obligation.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Services.

We may block, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services based on age, location, legal risk, regulatory risk, self-exclusion concerns, Sportsbook requirements, or our own compliance processes. You must not use a VPN, proxy, false location, false identity, or other workaround to access Services, Sportsbooks, offers, or content that are not lawfully available to you.

3. Regional restrictions

Sports betting laws vary by U.S. state, territory, tribal jurisdiction, and locality. Some U.S. jurisdictions prohibit or restrict online sports betting, betting advertising, inducements, affiliate marketing, betting picks, social betting content, or links to particular Sportsbooks. Some Sportsbooks are licensed only in specific states or territories.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply where you are physically located. Oddsar does not represent that the Services, any betslip, any Creator content, any Sportsbook link, any promotion, or any betting-related content is lawful, appropriate, or available in your U.S. state or territory.

We may restrict access to particular features, links, Sportsbooks, sports, markets, Creators, promotions, or content in any U.S. state, territory, tribal jurisdiction, or locality at any time.

4. What the Services do

The Services may allow users to:

upload or submit screenshots, images, text, links, or other content that may contain betting selections or betslip information;
use automated or assisted conversion tools to identify possible teams, players, events, markets, odds, prices, legs, stakes, bet types, Sportsbooks, and other betslip details;
create, edit, save, share, or open betslips or draft betslips;
follow, view, or share betslips and picks created by sports betting creators, influencers, tipsters, analysts, publishers, or other users (Creators);
access links that redirect to third-party Sportsbooks or affiliate networks; and
use related analytics, content, social, attribution, or account features.

A converted or shared betslip is a convenience tool only. It is not a placed bet. It is not a recommendation to bet. It is not a guarantee that the Sportsbook will offer the same market, price, selection, odds, stake, promotion, or bet type. You must independently review and confirm every detail before placing any bet.

5. Screenshot and betslip conversion accuracy

Oddsar may use OCR, image recognition, artificial intelligence, entity mapping, market matching, odds mapping, text processing, or other automated and manual processes to convert screenshots or other inputs.

These processes may be inaccurate. For example, the Services may misread, omit, duplicate, mistranslate, mismatch, or misclassify:

teams, players, leagues, events, or dates;
markets, bet types, props, totals, handicaps, spreads, lines, odds, or prices;
live, pre-match, futures, parlay, same-game parlay, multi, each-way, teaser, round-robin, or other bet structures;
boosted odds, promotions, free bets, bonus bets, stake-back offers, or terms attached to an offer;
settlement rules, void rules, dead-heat rules, player participation rules, overtime rules, postponement rules, and market-specific rules;
currency, stake, payout, account balance, or other financial information; or
Sportsbook availability, legal availability, or user eligibility.

You are solely responsible for checking the Sportsbook's final betslip before confirming any wager. You should not place a bet unless you have independently verified all details directly with the Sportsbook.

6. Odds, markets, and promotions change

Betting odds, prices, markets, lines, events, and promotional terms can change quickly. A screenshot, shared betslip, Creator post, converted betslip, or redirect link may be outdated by the time you view it or open it.

Sportsbooks may suspend, alter, reject, void, cash out, limit, or settle bets according to their own rules. Oddsar is not responsible for any change, rejection, suspension, outage, delay, price movement, incorrect market, failed redirect, failed betslip pre-fill, voided bet, settlement decision, promotional condition, withdrawal issue, account restriction, or dispute with a Sportsbook.

7. Affiliate and referral disclosure

Oddsar may receive compensation from Sportsbooks, affiliate networks, advertisers, Creators, partners, or other third parties. Compensation may include referral fees, click fees, sign-up fees, revenue share, cost-per-acquisition payments, sponsorship fees, performance fees, or other commercial benefits.

This compensation may influence which Sportsbooks, links, offers, Creators, rankings, placements, or content are displayed, the order in which they are displayed, or whether they are available. We may also track clicks, referrals, sign-ups, qualifying events, and related activity for attribution, fraud prevention, reporting, and commission purposes.

Creators may also receive compensation from Oddsar, Sportsbooks, affiliate networks, sponsors, or other third parties. Creators are responsible for clearly disclosing any sponsored content, affiliate relationship, paid promotion, commission, material connection, or conflict of interest in a way required by applicable law and platform rules.

Do not assume that a Sportsbook link, ranking, pick, or betslip is independent, neutral, or the best available option for you.

8. No betting, financial, legal, or tax advice

Content available through the Services is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. It is not betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, professional advice, or a recommendation that you place any bet.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to gamble, which Sportsbook to use, whether a market is legal and suitable for you, how much to stake, and whether you can afford any potential loss. You should consider getting independent professional advice where appropriate.

9. Responsible gambling

You must use the Services responsibly. You must not use the Services to chase losses, gamble while impaired, gamble with borrowed money, gamble as a substitute for employment or income, or gamble in a way that may cause financial, emotional, health, relationship, legal, or other harm.

Do not use the Services if you are self-excluded, believe you may have a gambling problem, are trying to stop gambling, or have been advised to avoid gambling. If gambling may be causing harm, you should stop using the Services and seek support.

Responsible gambling and self-exclusion resources include:

United States: National Council on Problem Gambling, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, and use any self-exclusion tools offered by your state regulator or sportsbook.
If you feel at immediate risk of harming yourself, call or text 988 in the United States for crisis support.

These third-party resources are not operated by Oddsar.

10. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account use unless the loss is caused by our breach of non-waivable legal obligations.

We may require verification, age checks, location checks, fraud checks, or other information before allowing access to certain features.

11. Creators and shared betslips

Creators may create, publish, promote, or share betslips, picks, commentary, statistics, analysis, screenshots, records, links, or other content through the Services.

Creator content is the responsibility of the Creator, not Oddsar. We do not guarantee that Creator content is accurate, complete, lawful, current, profitable, suitable, independent, or compliant with any advertising or gambling law.

If you are a Creator, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

the legality, accuracy, substantiation, and presentation of your content;
complying with all gambling, advertising, consumer protection, influencer marketing, affiliate disclosure, privacy, intellectual property, age-restriction, and platform rules that apply to you or your audience;
obtaining any licenses, registrations, approvals, permissions, or consents required for your content, promotions, audience, or jurisdiction;
ensuring your content is directed only to adults legally permitted to view it;
not targeting, exploiting, or appealing to minors, self-excluded persons, vulnerable persons, or persons experiencing gambling harm;
clearly and conspicuously disclosing paid promotions, sponsored content, commissions, affiliate links, commercial relationships, and conflicts of interest;
not representing that any bet is guaranteed, risk-free, certain, a lock, a sure thing, a guaranteed profit, a source of income, or a solution to financial problems;
not encouraging irresponsible gambling, chasing losses, excessive staking, borrowing money to gamble, or gambling beyond means;
not fabricating, editing, manipulating, or presenting screenshots, betslips, betting records, odds, results, or profits in a misleading way;
including responsible gambling information where required or appropriate; and
complying with any Creator guidelines, content rules, or separate agreement we provide.

We may label, restrict, remove, demote, edit, disable, or suspend Creator content or Creator access at any time, including where we believe content may be unlawful, misleading, harmful, non-compliant, high-risk, or inconsistent with these Terms.

12. User Content

User Content means any content that you submit, upload, create, publish, display, link, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services, including screenshots, images, betslips, picks, comments, profile information, Creator content, links, text, data, and feedback.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the licenses you grant below.

12.1 Private uploads and screenshots

For screenshots, images, and other content you submit for private conversion or private use, you grant Oddsar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, analyze, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, comply with law, enforce these Terms, and protect users and third parties.

Do not upload screenshots that contain personal information, account balances, account numbers, identity documents, payment details, addresses, contact details, private messages, or other sensitive information unless you are comfortable providing that information to Oddsar and its service providers. You should crop or redact unnecessary information before uploading.

12.2 Public and shared content

For User Content that you publish, post, share, or make available to other users or the public, you grant Oddsar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works from, promote, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Services.

This license continues for as long as your content remains available through the Services and for a reasonable period after removal where necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, safety, audit, or legitimate business purposes. Content shared by others may remain available if it has been copied, embedded, indexed, cached, reshared, or otherwise distributed.

12.3 Your warranties for User Content

You represent and warrant that:

you own or have all rights needed to submit and license your User Content;
your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other rights;
your User Content is not unlawful, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, harmful, obscene, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
your User Content does not contain malware, spyware, tracking code, or harmful technical material;
your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws; and
you have obtained all necessary consents from any person whose information, image, voice, likeness, or content appears in your User Content.

13. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

use the Services if you are underage, self-excluded, legally prohibited from gambling, or located somewhere where your use is unlawful;
use the Services to access, promote, advertise, or link to unlawful, unlicensed, blocked, restricted, or prohibited gambling services;
misrepresent your identity, age, location, affiliation, betting record, results, profit, sponsorship status, or relationship with Oddsar or any Sportsbook;
use VPNs, proxies, bots, scripts, automation, or technical workarounds to bypass restrictions, abuse affiliate programs, manipulate tracking, or access unavailable Sportsbooks or offers;
scrape, crawl, index, copy, harvest, or extract data from the Services except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
reverse engineer, decompile, modify, interfere with, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Services;
overload, disrupt, test, attack, scan, or compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Services;
upload personal data, confidential information, payment information, identity documents, or third-party content without lawful authority and necessary consent;
post or share content that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, spam, malware, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
target gambling-related content at minors or vulnerable persons;
encourage irresponsible gambling, chasing losses, or gambling as a way to solve financial problems;
manipulate, falsify, or mislead users about betslips, screenshots, odds, returns, results, records, or profits;
use the Services for money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, arbitrage abuse where unlawful or prohibited, syndicate abuse, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity;
impersonate another person or falsely claim endorsement by Oddsar, a Sportsbook, sports league, athlete, team, regulator, or other party;
remove, obscure, or alter legal notices, attribution, disclosures, warnings, or responsible gambling information; or
help another person do any of the above.

14. Content moderation and enforcement

We may use automated tools, manual review, user reports, trusted reports, Sportsbook reports, regulator reports, and other processes to detect, review, restrict, label, demote, remove, or disable access to content or accounts.

We may take action where we reasonably believe that content or conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, Sportsbook requirements, advertising rules, platform policies, or responsible gambling standards. Actions may include warnings, labels, link removal, content removal, account suspension, account termination, feature restrictions, geo-blocking, de-indexing, reporting to authorities, or cooperation with Sportsbooks or regulators.

We are not required to monitor all content and do not guarantee that we will identify or remove all unlawful, inaccurate, harmful, or non-compliant content.

To report unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or non-compliant content, contact reports@oddsar.com with enough detail for us to identify the content and assess the complaint.

15. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, trade marks, service marks, icons, interfaces, data structures, algorithms, compilation, and other materials, are owned by Oddsar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

You may use the Services only for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

16. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant Oddsar a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, commercialise, and otherwise exploit that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

17. Third-party services and Sportsbooks

The Services may contain links, redirects, widgets, integrations, APIs, content, offers, or tools provided by third parties, including Sportsbooks, affiliate networks, analytics providers, payment providers, social platforms, identity providers, and content providers.

Third-party services are not controlled by Oddsar. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, security, legality, licensing, odds, promotions, decisions, account restrictions, verification processes, settlement outcomes, payments, or customer support.

Before using a Sportsbook or other third-party service, you should review its terms, privacy policy, license status, responsible gambling tools, dispute process, fees, promotion terms, and legal availability in your location.

18. Promotions and offers

Any Sportsbook promotion, bonus, odds boost, free bet, stake-back offer, or other offer displayed or linked through the Services is subject to the Sportsbook's terms and eligibility rules. Offers may be unavailable, changed, withdrawn, region-limited, age-limited, account-limited, time-limited, or subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.

Oddsar does not guarantee that any offer will be available to you or that any offer is the best available offer.

19. Availability and changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or withdraw all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Features may be experimental, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with your device, available in your location, or available at any particular time.

20. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you submit through the Services, including in screenshots or Creator content, is submitted lawfully and with all required consents.

21. Copyright and intellectual property complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, contact copyright@oddsar.com and include:

your name and contact details;
identification of the work or rights allegedly infringed;
identification of the content or link you complain about;
a statement explaining why you believe the content infringes your rights;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and
any other information required by applicable law.

We may remove or disable content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

22. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

you breach these Terms;
we believe your use creates legal, regulatory, safety, security, responsible gambling, reputational, or commercial risk;
we are required or asked to do so by a Sportsbook, affiliate network, regulator, court, law enforcement agency, payment provider, hosting provider, or other relevant party;
your account is inactive for an extended period;
we discontinue the Services; or
we otherwise consider it necessary to protect Oddsar, users, Creators, Sportsbooks, or third parties.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have accrued before termination. Sections intended to survive termination will survive, including sections relating to User Content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and general terms.

23. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Without limiting the above, Oddsar does not warrant or represent that:

the Services will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free;
any betslip conversion, market matching, odds mapping, redirect, pre-fill, or Creator content will be accurate or suitable;
any odds, prices, markets, promotions, links, or Sportsbook availability will be current or available;
any Sportsbook is suitable for you or legally available to you;
any bet, strategy, pick, model, statistic, Creator, or content will be profitable or avoid loss;
any defect, error, outage, or vulnerability will be corrected; or
the Services will meet your needs or expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

24. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddsar and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or economic loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity, anticipated savings, business, reputation, or betting losses, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, statute, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddsar is not liable for losses arising from:

gambling activity, betting decisions, betting losses, or Sportsbook disputes;
inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated betslip conversion, odds, markets, links, data, or content;
changes in odds, market availability, Sportsbook rules, settlement decisions, promotions, or account eligibility;
Creator content or third-party content;
third-party services, Sportsbooks, affiliate networks, payment providers, analytics providers, or social platforms;
unauthorized account access not caused by our breach of non-waivable obligations;
your failure to verify a bet before placing it;
your breach of these Terms or applicable law; or
events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of:

the amount you paid to Oddsar for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
USD $100.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

25. Non-waivable consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer protection, statutory warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded, or modified.

Where permitted by law, our liability for breach of a non-waivable guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Services, supplying equivalent services, or paying the cost of resupplying the Services.

26. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oddsar and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, investigation, liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

your use of the Services;
your User Content;
your Creator content, promotions, or audience activity;
your breach of these Terms;
your breach of applicable law, regulation, advertising code, platform rule, Sportsbook term, or third-party right;
your betting activity or dispute with a Sportsbook;
your failure to make required disclosures; or
your unlawful, misleading, harmful, or non-compliant content or conduct.

27. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the U.S. state where Oddsar is legally established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the laws of your location require otherwise.

You and Oddsar agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be heard by the state or federal courts located in the U.S. state where Oddsar is legally established, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@oddsar.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to respond within a reasonable time.

28. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Services with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required by law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

29. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision will be severed. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No waiver

A failure or delay by Oddsar to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

32. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and Oddsar regarding the Services and replace any prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the Services.
